In an abundance of caution and care for our individuals we serve, Ramah Care Services is currently following all of the New Mexico Department of Health guidelines and recommendations to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.

As such the following precautions have been put into place:
  • Per New Mexico Department of Health guidance issued on March 26, 2020, visitation is restricted to
remote visitation only and may be done by calling the home in which your loved one resides or ask
about possible video communication options available. (Video availability may vary by home.)  If
you are unsure of the number or have questions, please call the main office at (505) 863-8940.
  • All staff are screened for fever, cough and shortness of breath every shift as well as any other
vendors that are required for us to continue to provide care.
  • All non-essential personnel have been scheduled to work from home to limit exposure to the
individuals we serve.
  • Interaction with the public has been minimized per Department of Health instructions.
  • All residents are monitored on a scheduled basis for fever, cough or shortness of breath.
