We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

DD Waiver Program
Assisted Living Program

REQUIREMENTS: (includes but is not limited to)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Current TB Test (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Be able to pass a Background check
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to read and write English 
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs

QUALIFICATIONS: (includes but is not limited to)
  • Experience in providing supports to the elderly or disabled;
  • A genuine interest in caring for people who are disabled and elderly;
  • Interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to develop meaningful relationships with individuals being served and their family members.

TRAINING: (includes but is not limited to)
  • First Aid
  • Medication Assistance
  • Transportation Assistance
  • Emergency Actions
  • Fire Safety
  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
  • Sign In/Out Procedures
